Abstract


Socio-economic development of our country in recent years,high-speed,speed up the process of urbanization,rural construction problem has become the focus of national economic construction of China’s one problem.Time the progress of rural housing,new requirements at some aspects of traditional houses can not meet the contemporary life.How to time the traditional and the organic phase integration,create a new place with a clearance in time characteristics Architecture is to improve the quality of rural housing,improving the rural living environment,to ensure stable and rapid development of rural construction of the premise is to build a new socialist countryside policy drop into practice the specific requirements.In this paper,Guanzhong residential areas as the research object,from the formation of customs in the form of traditional houses of the physical geography, cultural and historical conditions to start and analyzes the customs of traditional houses in the architectural features.Through customs in the rural areas visited investigate and sum up the changes in contemporary rural residential development.Guanzhong preliminary residential creative forms of modern evolutionary thinking,are the geographical characteristics of the new construction in rural areas there is the basic way,hoping to promote the place of the succession of architectural features, geographic characteristics,there is construction of new rural areas for reference.Thesis is divided into three parts.Clearance in the first part of the residential areas from the formation of geographical,historical and cultural conditions to start,on the relevant building traditional houses in-depth analysis of morphological characteristics of study which will hopefully be able to provide a reference rural housing construction and use for reference.The second part of the customs in the rural areas through field surveys,summarized the contemporary customs of rural housing problems in the development,as well as rural residential new changes and requirements.The third part of the Guanzhong area in the new countryside construction analysis of actual cases to explore the construction of new countryside construction in rural residential patterns. And through customs in the region combined with the traditional and the modern rural residential project analysis,the initial exploration of the geographical characteristics of the new methods of construction in rural areas.Finally thesis,combined with other regions in the geographical characteristics of a new countryside construction of practical experience,the construction on the geographical characteristics of the relevant recommendations of rural housing.
