Abstract


This paper rely on science and technology project of Communications Department of Yunnan Province,study on the problems of bearing installation and replacement,expansion further researching on the installation of laminated rubber bearing、invalidation discrimination、bearing replacement, put forward the new method、index and strategy to the construction process flow of laminated rubber bearing、discriminant standard of invalidation、construction technology of bearing installation、the construction process flow of bearing replacement. The main contents and contributions of this dissertation are listed as follows:(1) Review on the present situation on the highway bridge rubber bearing installing and replacement at home and abroad.(2)Analysesed the problem existing in the installation of high way bridge plate rubber bearing,give the solution to these problems,put forward the installation construction process flow of plate rubber bearing.(3)Rely on the main manifestation of invalidation of hige way bridge plate rubber bearing,analysis the main reason that caused the plate rubber bearing invalidate,put forward invalidation discrimination standard of the plate rubber bearing.(4)Performed beam-body’s lifting-up simulation calculation analysis to the simple sopported-continuous girder bridge of 20 meters one span and bearn with four spans with ANSYS program,summarize the change law of support reaction and partial beam body’s stress in lifting-pu the beam body.(5)Taking the simple sopported-continuous girder bridge of 20 meters one span and bearn with four spans to be prototype,porcessing the model esperiment of beam-dody lifting-up,verified the feasibility of“lifting-up consine wave one by one”,and given the limit value in lifting-up the beam body.(6)Systematic summarize the construction technology in replacing the bearing of simple supported-continuous girder bridge,given the design method of the supporting system、hydraulic system and monitoring system of lifting-up the beam body,and concrete work in making the scheme of replacing the bearing.
