Abstract

Ovarian cancer is a serious threat to women's lives malignancies. The clinical incidence of occult, easy to transfer, many patients treatment at advanced stage, resulting in difficulties in the treatment of ovarian cancer, the mortality rate has been held high. So find a simple and accurate method for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer to become the common aspiration of the majority of medical workers. Early in our laboratory using SELDI-TOF-MS techniques to identify patients with ovarian cancer and M/Z5640 M/Z5908 highly expressed proteins can be used as an early indicator of combined diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Further experimental identification of the protein M/Z5908 Amyloid beta A4 protein (APP), and confirmed by ELISA in serum of ovarian cancer patients with high expression. And M/Z5640 has not been identified. To further clarify the Amyloid beta A4 protein in ovarian cancer diagnosis, this study using real-time quantitative PCR method to detect the APP in ovarian cancer and benign ovarian tissues and normal tissues, and to further study its expression revealed and ovarian cancer, the relationship between the clinical data. To identify M/Z5640 proteins, relevant literature and found that many literature Thymopoietin proteins associated with cancer, and Thymopoietin protein M / Z to 5638, for the identification of proteins Thymopoietin whether we are looking for M/Z5640 protein by ELISA in this study detection of ovarian cancer and benign ovarian tumors and normal women Thymopoietin serum protein expression, and to explore its relationship with ovarian cancer clinical pathology. Ovarian tumor tissues Amyloid beta A4 prorein mRAN express purpose of their relationship to clinical pathology studies β-amyloid (Amyloid beta A4 protein, APP) mRNA in ovarian cancer patients tissues, and to explore its clinical significance. Trizol one-step extraction method in patients with ovarian cancer ovarian tissue total RNA, real-time PCR technique in 49 patients with ovarian cancer, 20 cases of benign ovarian tumors, 16 cases of normal ovarian tissue organization APP mRNA quantitative analysis. Results APP mRNA expression in ovarian cancer than in benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue was significantly higher (P <0.05); ovarian granulosa cell tumor tissues was significantly higher than that of APP expression in epithelial ovarian cancer (P value <0.05 ); preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients was significantly higher than the expression of APP benign ovarian tumors, but the expression of non-chemotherapy patients did not differ. APP expression survival rate of patients with ovarian cancer had no significant correlation was not independent judgment prognostic factors in patients with ovarian cancer. Conclusion The patients with ovarian cancer tumor tissue APP mRNA levels were significantly higher than in benign and normal control group, and in the ovarian granulosa cell tumors with high expression, suggesting that increased with the occurrence of cancer and histological type. Ovarian cancer patients with Thymopoietin protein content determination Objective To study the clinical value of Thymopoietin proteins in patients with ovarian cancer in the content, and to investigate its clinical value. Methods 50 cases were detected by ELISA ovarian cancer, 34 cases of benign ovarian tumors and 40 normal healthy women Thymopoietin serum protein content. Results Thymopoietin protein in ovarian cancer and benign ovarian tumors and normal serum levels of expression of the difference was not statistically significant (P <0.05); Thymopoietin protein in ovarian cancer of different histological grade, clinical stage, metastasis and pathological types of , the difference was not statistically significant. ROC curves plotted show Thymopoietin protein may be not well distinguish malignant ovarian tumor. Conclusion Thymopoietin protein in ovarian cancer showed no elevated levels, as indicators of ovarian cancer diagnostic value of further study.
