Abstract


Objective: To survive in the detection of prostate cancer and non-prostate cancer patients with prostatic fluid protein (survivin), α-formyl coenzyme A racemase (of AMACR), thymosin β15 nuclear matrix protein (NMP) content analysis to compare each index on the specificity and sensitivity of early diagnosis, screening markers can improve the rate of early diagnosis of prostate cancer, and comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the various indicators with prostate cancer staging and prognosis. Material: 64 cases of prostate cancer specimens are from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College, Department of Urology hospitalized patients (age 50 years, mean age 58 years), Gleason grade: I - 27 cases of grade Ⅱ, Ⅱ - Ⅲ 18 cases Urology Ⅲ - Ⅳ 10 cases, Ⅳ grade 9 cases, 24 cases of the control group specimens from inpatients and outpatients. Method: the use of clean centrifuge tube, get 24 cases of 64 cases of prostate cancer in patients with prostatic fluid of patients with prostate cancer with prostate massage as a control group. Samples at -70 ℃ refrigerator inside and save at the same time using a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immune response (ELISA) in specimens. The specimens were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of bone metastases, bone metastases of various protein group and no bone metastases using SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis of rank-sum test; thymosin proteins based on the results of the pathology report, nuclear matrix proteins, AMACR protein survivin protein data were divided into four groups: grade Ⅰ - Ⅱ group Ⅱ - Ⅲ level group, Ⅲ - Ⅳ grade group, Ⅳ grade or more groups. These four rank-sum test statistical analysis using SPSS 13.0 software. Results: 1: α-formyl-coenzyme A racemase in 64 cases of prostate cancer prostatic fluid sensitivity was 96.9% (62/64) and a control group of nearly 20 times, with the test results by ELISA significant (P lt; 0.01), only two cases of α-formyl coenzyme A racemase concentration and the control group, there is no difference; prostatic fluid of 64 patients with prostate cancer thymosin β15 average concentration of non-prostate cancer five times, a sensitivity of 87.5%; 64 cases of prostate cancer survival protein nearly five times the normal, sensitivity was 84.4%: the average concentration of the nuclear matrix protein close to the control group, the sensitivity was 92%. 2: survival of protein indicators and prostate cancer staging no significant correlation (P = 0.83), α-formyl coenzyme A racemase indicators no significant correlation (P = 0.192) and staging of prostate cancer, nuclear matrix protein indicators and staging of prostate cancer there is no significant correlation (P = 0.449), the thymosin β15 indicators and prostate cancer stage correlation (P lt; 0.01). 3: indicators of thymosin β15 and prostate cancer metastasis correlation (P lt; 0.01), the survival protein indicators and metastasis of prostate cancer there is no significant correlation (P = 0.081), α-formyl coenzyme A racemase Indicators and metastasis of prostate cancer there is no significant correlation (P = 0.217), the nuclear matrix protein indicators no significant correlation (P = 0.226), and prostate cancer metastasis the thymosin β15 indicators and staging of prostate cancer related sex (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion: 1: α-formyl coenzyme A racemase (AMACR), sensitivity was 96.9% (62/64); of thymosin β15 sensitivity 87.5%; survival protein sensitivity of 84.4%; nuclear matrix protein sensitivity was 92%. 2: of thymosin β15 indicators and prostate cancer grading correlation. 3: of thymosin β15 indicators and prostate cancer metastasis correlation.
