Abstract


Objective: To analyze the brachial plexus injury the late application trapezius transposition reconstruction clinical efficacy of shoulder function . Materials and Methods : From January 2001 to September 2007 , at Shandong Medical University Affiliated Hospital orthopedic inpatient treatment of 11 cases of eligible patients for postoperative follow - up . According to the Chinese Medical Association of Hand Surgery Society of shoulder function assessment trial standard to evaluate the postoperative effects ; preoperative shoulder function according to the Constant and Murley shoulder scoring system after comparison . Results: The patients function in patients with a good recovery , according to the Chinese Medical Association of Hand Surgery Society of shoulder function assessment trial standard postoperative functional evaluation : excellent shoulder function recovery in 11 patients, 2 cases, accounting for 18.18% ; five cases of benign accounted for 45.45% ; 3 cases , accounting for 27.27% ; poor in 1 case , accounting for 9.09% , excellent rate of 63.64% . Postoperative symptoms , function better improve , according to the scoring system of Constant and Murley shoulder surgery before and after comparison by t-test , p lt ; 0.05 , there are significant differences . Conclusion: brachial plexus injury late applications trapezius muscle transfer to reconstruct shoulder function , is an effective treatment method contralateral limb , fundamentally liberation .
