Objective: To observe the emulsions used in intravenous general anesthetic etomidate feasibility , compare emulsion etomidate and propofol on hemodynamics in clinical use , and to explore appropriate clinical dose of emulsion etomidate . Methods: 40 cases of ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade elective laparoscopic gallbladder surgery patients , divided into emulsion etomidate (E group , n = 20 ) group and propofol (P group , n = 20 ) group , the two groups of patients induction of anesthesia and drugs as well as the following way : preoperative scopolamine 0.3mg . Anesthesia induction : in fentanyl 3μg/kg, vecuronium 0.15mg/kg , the E group emulsions etomidate 0.3mg/kg P group propofol phenol 2mg/kg . Anesthesia was maintained with a maintenance dose of 0.6 to 1.2mg/kg · h : E group etomidate emulsion technique maintenance dose , P propofol surgery 6 ~~ 10mg/kg · h ; composite remifentanil hydrochloride 5 in both groups to 15μg/kg · h continuous infusion . Before 1min were before anesthesia , endotracheal intubation , endotracheal intubation 1min, after incision 3min, began probing 3min, excision 3min, after extubation 3min , after 30min eight point in time observation and recording the patient's blood pressure , heart rate and other hemodynamic data recording adverse reactions and awakening , intraoperative use of other anesthesia drugs , the type and dosage of vasoactive drugs . Awareness and satisfaction in the postoperative follow-up patients . Laparoscopic surgery results : E group before endotracheal intubation hemodynamic indicators better than the P group , but after intubation and excision of stress inhibition compared with the P group , the two groups are to meet requirements. Surgery wake , extubation , orientation recovery time P group was significantly shorter in the E group . The two groups had no difference in satisfaction awareness had no surgery , and a higher level of satisfaction . Conclusion : Relying on etomidate emulsion can be stable and maintain TIVA patients in laparoscopic surgery , the blood flow dynamics of the indicators , the effects of anesthesia with propofol was no significant difference in the postoperative satisfaction , awake and disorientation Reply a little longer .
