Abstract

Low back pain (Low back pain) is a common clinical symptoms, great changes the last 10 Nianxia low back pain clinics. Chronic low back pain is a waist pain syndrome related to lesions of the lumbosacral muscles, fascia, ligaments, joints, and intervertebral disc structure it as the main performance to the waist repeated pain in patients with varying degrees of lumbar dysfunction, can have psychological depression, duration of more than three months, have a higher prevalence in the population, often associated with the occupation, and lifestyle. Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out extensive research on chronic low back pain, but is not yet satisfied with the solution to this problem. The roughly traction therapy, drug therapy, laser therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, exercise therapy. However, most studies tend to use lumbar traction therapy. Lumbar traction is the treatment of low back pain, in particular, is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Traction can be opened the vertebral or plane joint, relieve muscle spasm, increase the volume of the spinal canal and intervertebral tube, correct lumbar facet joint dysfunction, prompting projections displacement. Lumbar traction, often supine traction therapy, but traction the Weight selection of different, mostly based on experience combined with the patient's tolerance level to select the weight of pull, weight choose a big difference, so the treatment is easy to fall into chaos. Therefore, how to choose a suitable towing weight is a problem worthy of study. Accordingly, the experimental test can withstand the maximum percentage of the power of the method, the body in supine state where traction to determine the traction of suitable strength, thereby determining a new, different from the traditional traction method of applying force to rely on experience and improve the scientific nature of its operations, and the effects of treatment. This experiment Rehabilitation Center at the Beijing Sports University, 36 under the name of low back pain patients were divided into 2 groups: 90% of the maximum traction force group (A) and 70% of the maximum traction force group (B group), ten-day, every day 30 minutes of a course of treatment before treatment, after their low back pain score and the sit and reach test, and the results of the statistical analysis of the mathematical. The results show that the two types of traction forces can significantly reduce the patients with lower back pain and Sit and Reach P lt; 0.0l can significantly reduce patients with lower back pain, leg pain or numbness, and improve patients' walking ability , P lt; 0.0l; Meanwhile, it is also possible to use a straight leg raising ability of patients to obtain significantly increased P LT; 0.0l, sensory disorders, movement disorders significantly weakened, and the patient's daily life is limited also been significantly improved, P lt ; 0.0l. However, the effect of the two types of traction force on the low back pain and Sit and Reach no significant difference, P gt; 0.05, only sensory disturbances before there was a significant difference, P lt; 0.05. Conclusion: The two types of traction force can relieve the patients with lower back pain and improve the Sit and Reach ability, but, for safety, acceptability, comfort and other aspects to consider existing research results on the basis of our tendency to compare at 70% of the maximum appropriate force for traction.
