Abstract


With the rapid development of cardiovascular heart disease postoperative complications and mortality significantly decreased brain dysfunction after the occurrence rate is still very high . Currently its pathogenesis blood flow and brain perfusion brain microembolic excitatory neurotransmitter release and systemic inflammatory response factors . The brain protection issues has increasingly attracted attention . Research scholars at home and abroad in recent years focused on cardiopulmonary bypass perfusion technology , blood gas steady management style , as well as brain protection drugs , and made ??significant progress .
