Abstract


Objective: To compare the timing of surgery using minimally invasive puncture and drainage treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage , to investigate its clinical value . Methods: met the inclusion criteria , ninth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical neurosurgery January 2007 to October 2008 for minimally invasive puncture drainage in the treatment of 59 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients as research subjects , divided into ultra- early group ( 32 cases ) and Extension group (n = 27 ) carried out a comparative study . Comparing surgical complication rate and efficacy of postoperative ( 1 month) and long-term follow-up ( 6 months) . Results: common complication rates of the two groups of patients had no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) , but the prognosis is there a significant difference between the ultra-early group of cases in recent long-term morbidity is significantly lower than the extension group ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion: The clinical observation and follow-up for mild to moderate hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage ( hematoma volume < 60ml) of patients suitable for minimally invasive puncture and drainage , the ultra-early surgery can significantly improve the functional prognosis , reduce morbidity and improve quality of life .
