Objective : To study the impact of the abdomen perioperative deaths of various clinical factors and the cause of death , and to further explore the abdomen to cause death in patients with risk factors for perioperative mortality lower abdomen perioperative patient to provide a scientific basis and guidance . Methods: A retrospective Guangxi Medical University gastrointestinal glands surgical abdominal surgery in January 2003 to October 2008 , Wai -operative death in patients with clinical data were analyzed , including the patient's age and preoperative , postoperative concomitant diseases and related laboratory tests and other data. Results: All patients received perioperative incidence of and mortality associated with the incidence of 67.39% and 3.06% , respectively , perioperative most common comorbidity of multiple organ failure , sudden cardiopulmonary dysfunction , postoperative bleeding , anastomotic fistula , and so on . The main factors affecting operative mortality in elderly patients with hypertension , coronary heart disease , diabetes and other abdominal disease patients , patients with advanced malignant undergo radical gastrectomy and combined organ resection , pancreaticoduodenectomy patients and other factors make perioperative mortality . Conclusion: Elderly patients with other complications, and patients with advanced tumors relatively high perioperative mortality ready to strive for perfection , so these abdominal surgery Wai surgery patients preoperative , postoperative ECG monitoring and nutritional support to strengthen , select reasonable surgical approach to reduce perioperative mortality significance.
