The surgical treatment of 404 cases , follow-up of 5 to 102 months , an average of 32 months , 37 patients in the 1 to 50 months the local recurrence rate after surgery 9.16% , which 11.84% of the rate of recurrence of osteosarcoma tumor segmental resection artificial tumor joints replacement surgery recurrence rate was 16.67% . 90 % of cases of recurrence time focus on 5 December , after recurrence from the surgery , the average time was 9.0 months , a large segment of the osteosarcoma underwent tumor resection artificial tumor arthroplasty postoperative recurrence in patients with the average time to recurrence was 7.1 months , local excision surgery relapse after an average time of 14.1 months, tumor recurrence average time was 9.2 months .
