Abstract


There is no ideal surgical method solve lumbar instability disorder . Lesion segments , the implementation of strong fixed fusion surgery is the gold standard for the treatment of lumbar instability disorder . The purpose of fusion surgery is to relieve pain and reduce the incidence of the most important clinical pain relief and improved motor function . With the continuous development of fusion technology , while the increase in the rate of interbody fusion , the pain has not been a corresponding improvement . Some scholars believe that , to retain part of the segmental motion than strong fixed more effective mitigation and treatment of lumbar instability Clinical pain . Thus, the dynamic stability of the concept , the internal fixation by strong fixation to the development of the dynamic stability of the system . In this paper, a simple overview of the dynamic stability of the system in herniation of lumbar instability .
