Abstract


Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis is one of the main causes in the elderly of low back pain . The disease is more common in women and the incidence is higher with increasing age . Its causes can be summarized as follows: disc degeneration, facet joints morphological abnormalities , the lumbar structure change , the change in the surrounding ligaments and osteoporosis . The clinical manifestations vary from person to person , the earliest symptoms of low back pain and thigh pain aggravated after exertion and relieved by rest . The outside needed in addition requires a combination of clinical signs and symptoms of the patients at the time of diagnosis imaging findings ( positive lateral X -ray film , the double oblique X -ray , had held out his flexion X ray , CT, MRI , etc.) . The treatment is divided into non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis . Choice for the treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis , however , there are still a lot of controversy . Applicable to non - surgical treatment of patients with mild symptoms , bed rest , medication, pelvic traction , can ease the symptoms to prevent slippage progress . Conservative therapy may be considered in patients with surgery , the surgical approach simple decompression , decompression and fusion , posterolateral fusion and posterior interbody fusion , etc. . In recent years, the application of dynamic stabilization system in the treatment of some scholars retire degeneration lumbar spondylolisthesis achieved good effect . Many scholars internal fixation whether to increase the clinical efficacy , there is a great divergence surgical approach should be based on the specific circumstances of the patient to choose .
