"Three rural" (agriculture, farmers and rural) is our current need to address important issues. Currently more than half of China’s population is rural population and farmers related to the country’s social stability and economic development. Solve the "three rural" issue is the key to solve farmers ’problems, and solve the issue of farmers, the key is how to improve farmers’ income. So how to improve China’s farm income part of the solution "three rural" issue the key. Of farmers ’income increase, what factors should be first in the event of a clear influence, which factors in the direct and indirect impact on our farmers’ income. Understanding of these factors can be targeted to solve the problem. This paper selected between 1996-2009 may affect our farmers ’income increase factor of the relevant data, through the creation of econometric models, and use SPSS software for data factor analysis, from an empirical point of view of farmers’ income increase our impact factor, and This finding problems; combined with developed countries to promote farmers’ income, relevant experience, to explore ways to increase our farmers, and gives policy recommendations.This total is divided into seven sections. Second, the direct support of agricultural development on the impact of increasing farmers ’income level is not too high, and indirectly support the agricultural development policy but then a great influence on farmers’ income growth.Finally, the analysis derived factors, concluded that:In order to improve our farmers’ income must be from the following aspects, first, accelerating urbanization, the development of tertiary industries. Second, strengthen the agricultural insurance, finance, credit policy support to agriculture. Third, to strengthen rural primary education, skills training. Fourth, to enhance agriculture-related infrastructure. Fifth, to manage agricultural trade, circulation. Sixth, the vigorously promote the industrialized operation of agriculture. Seventh, to increase the rural social security construction. In short, to improve farmers ’income is a systematic project, only to the scientific development concept as a guide to co-ordinate a wide range of power, multi-pronged approach, Take Measures to effectively improve the farmers’ income, and thus to break the urban-rural dual economic and social problems.
