Independent innovation is the power source to achieve sustainable development for enterprise, and it is important for to achieve sustained economic growth. The ability of independent innovation of enterprises has directly related to the sustainable development and the social stability and security for a nation in future. For facing competitive environment in domestic and international, the Western Chinese enterprises should improve the capability of independent innovation, improve competitiveness. Only by this way, they are able to survive in the fierce market.This paper, especially for Tibet、QingHai、NingXia, integrating theory and practice, comparing independent innovative enterprise and traditional enterprise, adopted the relevant theories and models of enterprise value evaluation. By researching the history, industry position, financial condition, competitive advantage, and development prospects of the Western Chinese listed enterprise, this paper identify key value driving factors. On this basis, the free-cash-flow for the firm (FCFF) is the main method for Western Chinese listed enterprise value evaluation. And the data of economic value added is helped to realize the creation of enterprise value, to identify key value driving factors. At last, conclusions will be validated and the suggestions are going to present.For analyzing of the intrinsic value of the target company, financial data and model-analysis are not enough. Besides that, enterprise value evaluation should be practised in daily. For varied companies. it’s important to choose the appropriated analysis models. Through rigorous research of industry and company, the core information of finanice for enterprise should be drawed, in which will help mangers to make the best strategic decision.
