Abstract

Corporate culture and soft power, is a corporate culture into improving the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprise capabilities.Contrast with excellent corporate culture abroad, China’s enterprises is still in the building of enterprise culture spontaneous initial stage, the level is relatively low.
