Abstract


Objective: To observe through experimental and clinical studies two to Tiangui particles egg quality , from the molecular and genetic level to further explore its mechanism . Method : experimental study : 60 mice were divided into four groups , one group ( two to Tiangui particles with human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG) group ) , group ( two to Tiangui particle group ) , group 3 ( Liu Wei Di Huang particles with the HMG group ) , group (HMG group ) , group 4 ovulation test and cleavage test, egg Ras protein expression by immunohistochemistry (SABC) method ; observation of the two to tiangui particles egg quality . Clinical study : 60 cases of IVF-ET treatment were randomly divided into experimental group ( two to Tiangui particles together IVF-ET conventional medication group controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH )) of 30 patients and the control group ( Liu Wei Di Huang particles together IVF-ET conventional The drug group controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH)) 30 Li . Observed oocyte retrieval day in patients with kidney Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndromes than pituitary down-regulation to improve the situation , determination of the injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) day serum estradiol (E2) levels were compared between the two groups oocyte number , fertilization rate, cleavage rate , high-quality embryo rate and pregnancy rate differences . Results : experimental study showed that : ① The two to Tiangui particles with the HMG group , Liu Wei Di Huang particles with the HMG group with HMG group on ovulation induction efficacy without significantly with difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) , but the egg cell morphology score and fertilization rate , more significant difference (P lt; 0.05) ② normal egg Ras abnormal protein than egg cleavage rate (P lt ; 0.01 ) ③ to Tiangui particles with the HMG group with Tiangui particle group normal egg Ras protein expression was significantly higher than Liu Wei Di Huang particles with HMG group , HMG group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Clinical studies have shown that the day of HCG injection serum estradiol (E2) level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.05), the test group of kidney deficiency syndrome improve the quality of eggs , fertilization rate, cleavage rate was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: two to Tiangui particles can enhance the expression of Ras proteins in egg cells , the drug to improve egg quality mechanism may be associated with insulin-like growth factor (IGF) system under Ras protein expression . The particles have to ease the down-regulation of kidney Qi and Yin deficiency symptoms , regulate hormone levels , and improve the quality of eggs and fertilization rate .
