Objective : To explore the to heat dampness Treatment of clinical efficacy, safety and mechanism of chronic superficial gastritis with erosion Spleen . The method will comply with this : In accordance with the principle of a randomized, controlled study criteria 60 patients were divided into 30 patients in each treatment group and the control group . Treatment group was treated with heat dampness party decoction , the control group taking Qingwei analgesic pellets in both groups for 8 weeks ( treatment 1 ) , observed two groups of patients , clinical symptoms and signs , endoscopy , histopathology, efficacy and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and analyzed statistically . Results: The total effective cure rates were 93.33% , 43.33% , total effective rate in the control group , the cure rates were 76.67% , 23.32% , the two groups have significant differences ( P lt ; 0.05) , the treatment group efficacy was significantly better than the control group . Conclusion: heat and dampness square treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with erosion stomach damp-heat syndrome efficacy , no adverse reaction, its mechanism may be related to the anti-inflammatory , antioxidant , inhibited and killed Hp , promote gastrointestinal motility and enhanced gastric mucosal barrier function .
