Abstract


Objective: To explore the role and mechanism of TCM kidney deficiency syndrome in the pathogenesis of hypertension , as well as kidney method for the improvement of the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension , blood pressure , and the protective effect on endothelial function , kidney Law the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension provide new theoretical basis . Methods: The clinical trials to select in elderly hypertensive patients met the inclusion criteria , 60 patients were randomly divided into a test group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients . The experimental group was given kidney the buck particle therapy , the control group was given captopril treatment , four weeks for a course of treatment , to observe their clinical efficacy and safety indicators . Results: Clinical studies have shown that kidney the buck particles not only has a good buck , to improve the efficacy of clinical symptoms , but also the protection of endothelial function , improve the patient's quality of life , is worthy of clinical widely used .
