Abstract


Objective: This study proved three yin pay relatively specific in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea , and provide the basis for the the acupoints specificity theory ; explore the mechanism of acupuncture Sanyinjiao the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea . Methods: 41 patients with primary dysmenorrhea patients were randomly divided into four groups , which Sanyinjiao group ( 10 cases ) ; Xuanzhong group of 12 patients ; nine cases of non - acupoint group , more than three sets of acupuncture treatment ; another 10 cases of the control group , not the needle acupuncture treatment . Effect of acupuncture 10min instantly four groups ( control group acupuncture) VAS (Visual Analogue Scale, VAS) and uterine artery resistance index (RI), peak systolic velocity / end-diastolic flow velocity (S / D ) changes, and the difference between the comparison four groups . Results: acupuncture after 10min instantly Sanyinjiao group VAS values ??and RI , S / D values ??were significantly lower uterine blood flow significantly faster , no significant changes in other uterine artery blood flow index . Fully Sanyinjiao in improving primary dysmenorrhea uterine artery blood flow in patients with high impedance at low speed the Xuanzhong group , non- acupoint group and blank group were better than Sanyinjiao in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea specificity , thus proving by hole between meridian and non- non- points between the presence of specific also proved closely related to the specificity of acupoints and meridians .
