In this thesis, including literature review and clinical research in two parts. Literature review on the topic of prevention and treatment of Western medicine due to hand-foot syndrome with capecitabine research progress review at home and abroad in recent years due to hand-foot syndrome with capecitabine basic and clinical research , mainly from the clinical features , the occurrence of mechanisms and pathological features and progress in the prevention and treatment of Chinese and Western medicine are discussed . Comprehensive analysis , hand-foot syndrome is capecitabine one of the major adverse reactions , serious impact on patients ' quality of life , and may even lead to non-disease progressive withdrawal or reduction , has received wide attention from many scholars at home and abroad . Proven through clinical observation , Chinese herb in the prevention and treatment of capecitabine induced hand-foot syndrome have a certain effect. Clinical research component , observe the Chinese herb in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine efficacy aspects . Objective: Chaka Pei gemcitabine chemotherapy process used Chinese herb to reduce its toxicity hand-foot syndrome, the clinical efficacy . Methods: capecitabine hand-foot syndrome after chemotherapy adverse reactions as observed object , using self medicine \sooner or later , once every 7 days for a course of treatment . Evaluation methods: self-control , with reference to the standard NCI adverse reactions compared before and after treatment of the symptoms, signs, reduced to 0 after treatment for the cure , compared with before treatment 1 and one or more valid, no changes were graded to be invalid ; while pain treatment according to WHO standard double determination method combines hand-foot syndrome NRS pain caused by the situation. Results: 35 patients , 33 cases of adverse reactions was significantly reduced , the total effective rate 94.29% ( 33/ 35 ) , the cure rate 45.71% ( 16 / 35 ) . 29 cases of hand-foot syndrome with foot pain patients, including 27 cases of pain relief , pain overall response rate was 93.10% ( 27 / 29 ) , complete remission rate was 55.17% ( 16 / 29 ) , effective treatment of cases the onset time of 3.00 ± 1.26 days , onset of pain relief 1.93 ± 0.92 days. Conclusion: The Chinese herb for capecitabine chemotherapy-induced hand-foot syndrome have a certain effect , is worthy of further research and promotion .
