Abstract


Research Objective: in Western conventional treatment on the basis of bilateral foot plus electricity needle Zusanli observe heat Accumulation of abdominal postoperative recovery of patients with blood stasis type gastric motility and MTL, GAS level , so as to explore the electrical the Zusanli gastrointestinal motility after abdominal surgery recovery mechanism in the process . Research methods : surgery to complete the order , according to the random number table will be included in the trial were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group . Control group given conventional treatment ( decompression , anti-infective , regulate water and electrolyte balance and energy supplement ) ; treatment group on the basis of the control group on postoperative 12h give EA bilateral foot Zusanli q8h density wave energized stimulus 30min, the current regulation for the degree of the maximum tolerated dose to the patient until the patient 's anus exhaust . Record postoperative bowel sounds recovery time and anal exhaust time and extraction in patients with peripheral venous blood , 2 ml of 2h preoperative and postoperative 24h , 48h and 72h serum gastric motilin (MTL measured by radioimmunoassay (radio immunoassay) ) and gastrin (GAS ) values ??(pg / ml). Results : 1 . Patients treated with postoperative bowel sounds recovery time, the first exhaust time significantly earlier than the control group , with a significant difference ( p <0.01 ) after statistical analysis . 2 the patients treated 24h after surgery and 48hMTL and GAS significantly higher levels of analysis were statistically significant difference ( p <0.01 ) . 3. 72h after two groups of patients MTL and GAS preoperative No large differences were statistically significant . Conclusion: EA bilateral Zusanli can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal motility after abdominal surgery , to promote patients MTL and GAS increased secretion . 2 . Postoperative patients MTL and GAS level of change is one of the mechanisms of electro-acupuncture Zusanli promote functional recovery of the stomach and intestines . Basis of conventional therapy plus electric needle bilateral Zusanli abdominal postoperative gastrointestinal motility promote recovery, improve clinical outcomes , worthy of further promotion and application .
