Abstract

Research purposes, the subject of acupoint injection of anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid treatment of frozen shoulder clinical research observation, such as the third day after treatment, the efficacy of two weeks and two months after shoulder function position and shoulder pain extent to pair to make an objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid treatment of frozen shoulder to guide future clinical acupoint injection of anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid treatment of frozen shoulder have practical significance, and thus more conducive to carry out the use of this therapy in clinical . Research methods would be consistent with the diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria of frozen shoulder 70 patients randomly assigned to a treatment group and the control group of 35 cases to compare observed treatment group received suffering from shoulder the local acupoint injection of anti-inflammatory analgesic solution treatment, injected once a course of treatment; control group received acupuncture plus acupoint injection into Victoria D ₂ fructose, calcium, vitamin B ₁₂ treatment every other day, three times a week, six times as a course , respectively, in the third day after treatment, to evaluate the efficacy of two weeks, two months, at the same time using the Constant-Murley shoulder function evaluation of patients with shoulder function assessment, pain assessment using a visual analog grading (VAS). SPSS10.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, data were presented as mean ± standard deviation ((?) ± s) for statistical description using a paired t-test was used to compare group differences before and after treatment, the difference t test was used to compare groups before and after treatment, The two groups were compared using the chi-square test efficiency. P <0.05 was considered to test the difference was statistically significant. Results 1. Third day after treatment, the treatment group, the total effective rate of 97.14%, better than the control group (P <0.05); pain scores decreased in the treatment group after treatment group difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); pain scores of the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group's efficacy in reducing pain. 2 weeks after treatment, both groups shoulder function assessment scores have improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) in the group; shoulder function assessment of the treatment group score higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significance (P <0.05); pain scores of the two groups were lower group difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); pain scores of the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) . 3 Two months after treatment, two groups of shoulder function assessment scores have improved, the group difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); pain scores of the two groups were lower group difference was statistically significance (P <0.05); pain scores of the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), quite in the analgesic effect of the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion 1. Acupoint injection of anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid treatment of frozen shoulder immediate analgesic effect significantly. 2. Acupoint injection of anti-inflammatory analgesic solution can significantly improve frozen shoulder shoulder function in patients with activities. 3. The efficacy and acupuncture acupoint injection of anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid treatment of frozen shoulder two months after the add point injection dimension D ₂ fructose the calcium vitamin B ₁₂ efficacy quite , but the course is short, quick, and high patient compliance. 4 acupoint injection of anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid treatment of frozen shoulder adverse reaction rate is low, more reliable.
