Abstract

Objective: This study Chinese medicine theory as a guide to Yiqihuoxue treatment principles, preliminary screening out the exact effect of prescription for the QDBS ascites due to cirrhosis, by observing the changes in the clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations of patients before and after treatment evaluate the method qi deficiency blood stasis cirrhosis ascites ascites due to cirrhosis of the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment to provide more scientific and effective medication guide, and to further prove the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of the Internal and External Yiqihuoxue; ascites due to cirrhosis of the efficacy scale observation projects at the same time to provide effective support for the data. Methods: In this study, clinical studies, cases collected from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Clinical Medical College medical inpatient and outpatient July 2008 to April 2009 cirrhosis patients with ascites, a total of 60 people, according to the treatment has cis in a 1:1 ratio, were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. In accordance with the observation of experimental design and data collection, the two groups of patients before treatment, after two weeks of treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment, the between-group and within-group comparisons. Depending on the nature of the different experimental statistics, using appropriate statistical methods. Data processing for processing statistical analysis software SPSS13.0 for windows. Range of the mean ± standard deviation ((?) ± S); count column χ ~ 2 test; two independent samples t-test was used to compare the measurement data between the two samples; same before and after the paired test; level data using non- parametric tests. Results: 1, after two weeks of treatment efficacy test results we can see from Table 3-5, in a comparison of two groups within the group, the efficacy of the experimental group (symptoms, signs and laboratory examination Credits, weight, abdominal circumference, B super grade, white protein level) significantly, there is a significant difference (P <0.01); decline in the average weight of the control group was not obvious (P> 0.05), suggesting that the efficacy is not ideal. Between the two groups, the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group, the treatment effect was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Efficacy by the statistics (see Table 9): the experimental group: four cases markedly improved in 23 cases, 3 cases, the total effective rate was 90.0%; control group: improved in 10 cases, ineffective in 20 cases, with a total efficiency of 33.3%: the efficacy of the experimental group significant (P <0.01) than the control group differences. 2, after 4 weeks of treatment efficacy from the conclusions of the examination of Table 6 to 8 shows, in both groups, the efficacy (symptoms, signs and laboratory tests integral weight, abdominal circumference, B super level, albumin level) in the experimental two weeks after the treatment and control groups were improved (P <0.01). Between the two groups, the experimental group (P <0.05 or P <0.01), a significant improvement compared with the control group, the treatment effect was statistically significant. Statistics (see Table 9): the experimental group: 12 cases markedly improved in 17 cases, and 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.7%; control group: two cases markedly improved in 25 cases, 3 cases, the total effective rate was 90.0%; The efficacy of the experimental group compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Internal and External Yiqihuoxue party-based treatment programs can significantly improve symptoms, signs, laboratory tests, and B-ultrasound, the mean weight loss of about 7.9kg, abdominal circumference average reduced by about 8.6cm, B super- level in the state of no ascites albumin levels remained at more than 30g. Performance 1, Yiqihuoxue oral and external efficacy, the efficacy of a certain degree of ascites due to cirrhosis of QDBS than simply with western significantly the. Clinical observation, found that patients with ascites due to cirrhosis after symptoms subside, continue to adhere to the medication regularly to beneficial efficacy consolidation; conducive to the patient to establish confidence in the treatment. 3, the patients of this study is to establish the efficacy observed each individual basic description of the clinical manifestations of Qi and blood stasis in patients with cirrhosis and ascites, changes in laboratory tests data and statistics method is simple, as the scale of the establishment of multiple data Select the reference indicators, there is a certain sense of Chinese medicine clinics quantify.
