Abstract


The core curriculum of school education is a means to achieve the aims of education. In recent years, the state vigorously develop secondary nursing education, our nurses, a higher proportion of secondary education. Nursing curriculum and structure largely determines the structure of nursing students the expertise, professional skills and overall quality level of the structure, and thus also affect the national development effectiveness of secondary nursing education. The author in the development of secondary nursing education context, exploring how the curriculum structure in order to meet the nursing profession and social development needs. The purpose of this study was the analysis of Puyang City Health Nursing School Curriculum problems, based on the combined populations of the relevant professional training orientation, students' basic qualities, basic skills, course structure, teaching effect and other aspects of evaluation, learn from the U.S. the experience of nursing curriculum proposed to further optimize the implementation of views curriculum to explore and establish suitable secondary health care professional curriculum for schools to provide reference for decision-makers to carry out reforms. This study uses textual analysis and survey research methods, learn from the results of similar research in the theory and practice to make further exploration and new development. This study analyzes the text of the main medical school teaching programs Puyang, New York University nursing curriculum system as well as in the United States opened more than 50 percent of nursing courses. Questionnaire mainly for teachers and clinical practitioners, aims to discover that the curriculum in the specific operation and effectiveness of the implementation process exist which need feedback for improvement. In the questionnaire survey and text analysis, based on the findings of this study Puyang City Medical School Nursing Curriculum main problems are: professional training objectives are not clear, are incompatible with the demand for services; existing curriculum does not fully reflect the professional characteristics; courses system is not perfect; teaching and clinical disjointed; practical classes smaller proportion; students' exposure to clinical shorter time and so on. From these questions, it is a modern nursing education model based, drawing on the U.S. experience in nursing education curriculum, the author of Puyang City Medical School nursing curriculum reform made the following recommendations: changing concepts, re-set curriculum model; outstanding practical ability, to promote the combination of theory and practice; reasonable set percentage of each course module, such as increasing the proportion of humanities courses, intensive care expertise, reducing medical foundation courses, adjust the ratio of experimental class, flexible arrangements recess trainee; emphasis hidden curriculum settings.
