Abstract


[ Objective] To choose a different evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation of Fujian Province, the new rural cooperative medical performance work , exploring the impact of factors that may affect the results of the evaluation , to provide a reference to improve the new rural cooperative work . [ ] First determine the evaluation index , with the main objective weighting method to determine the weights , and different methods of evaluation , the final stepwise regression analysis with the results of the evaluation and possible influencing factors , and to explore the possible impact factors . [Results] 10 evaluation ; the main objective weighting method to determine the weights of different but similar main weight ; differences between the results of different evaluation method , rated as good , poor areas results consistent , the results of the general area of ??difference between the obvious ; mainly affect the results of the evaluation of new rural cooperative medical factors as economic factors : the amount of funding per capita , per capita income of the farmers , and other aspects of the impact is not clear . Objective weighting method [ Conclusion] The method is simple , reliable, consistent with the results of subjective weighting method . Different evaluation results are not identical , the use of a single evaluation results are less reliable ; combination evaluation method or clustering method may be appropriate , roughly divided into several categories was excellent ; we can draw from the analysis of the impact factors to improve the the new rural cooperative medical compensation level mainly in order to improve the level of the local economy , raising the per capita income of farmers .
