Abstract


In recent years , environmental issues attracted more and more attention , and for the environment, explore the civil dispute settlement mechanism is also one of the hot spots. Environmental causes of civil disputes with the complex nature of many other regional characteristics different from the general civil disputes , the way in dealing with disputes , there are also special requirements. This article from the environmental characteristics of civil disputes , status and causes starting on the current environmental civil dispute settlement mechanism for comparative analysis and objective exposition of the various disputes handling process in environmental disputes the operation and deficiencies , and on arbitration in addressing environmental superiority embodied in civil disputes were analyzed. Pointed out that the Chinese arbitration mechanism should be widely implemented to resolve civil disputes environmental field , and as soon as the establishment of environmental civil dispute arbitration system .
