Abstract


Crime victims and crime is the criminal process against the two opposing aspects of interaction between the offender and the victim , one of them in isolation can not recognize the responsibility of both problems . Thus, in the presence of the perpetrator fault cases , only the victim into the criminal law of fault liability scope of the study , and thus affect the criminal responsibility of the perpetrator 's commitment in order to achieve a balanced sentencing justice and sentencing . Minor fault liability victims , perpetrators of criminal responsibility is correspondingly lighter ; larger fault liability victim , the offender's criminal responsibility is correspondingly reduced. This is the victim's fault liability on the impact of sentencing . Criminal Law should be introduced to improve the terms of the legislation.
