Abstract


Digital City is a realistic three-dimensional figures, which people can explore the city’s natural and human pooling information, and to interact with it.There are many details not only their level of geometric expression, but also provided its photographs of the surface texture described as a realistic materials and veins of information as well as other relevant attributes. Digital city can not only improve the comprehensive ability to compete in the city, but alsocan improve the quality of life of urban residents, and promote the agricultural and rural informatization and modernization. Number of urban construction of an important question is based on the space in acquiring information, and basic space data acquisition not only great and high technology for investment.Digital photogrammetry could be one of the methods ofCollecting and updating Digital city data. The essence of the study of digital city construction by the combination of digital photogrammetry and GIS technology is constructing spatial information infrastructure, and further deepening and perfecting urban geographic information system, and on this basis depth applications development and integration of all kinds of information resources.This paper is based on a large number of documents in reading, combined with the characteristics of digital mapping, and draws the conclusion that based on GIS and photogrammetry technology with the application of digital city construction. Firstly, this paper focus on the construction of digital city, introduces the digital city construction situation at home and abroad and significance, and determines the main job. Secondly, the paper makes a detailed conception and research for the digital city construction of relevant technology.,including GIS, remote sensing, photographic measurement, virtual reality, metadata and mass data processing, data warehouse and data fusion, etc. Then with "digital leshan" as a case, it discusses the method of digital city construction, and the basic conception of GIS, which and can show the advantages and characteristics of digital photogrammetry and GIS technology combined application to specific examples. Finally, this text makes a summary,and makes a research ideas and directions for the future.
