Since UNESCO proposed the concept of the intangible cultural heritage,my Government has responded positively to the establishment of the relevant laws and regulations, strengthening the protection of intangible cultural heritage,in academia,in order to better protect our country’s traditional culture,experts and scholars also added to which,on the theory of the Intangible Cultural Heritage is studied.Ancestors of the traditional Chinese sport is a long history in the creation and accumulation from the traditional culture,fully reflects the total of all ethnic groups of China’s cultural values and aesthetic ideals.It with the nation’s social characteristics,economic life,religious ceremonies,customs,history and culture are closely related to traditional cultural phenomenon is a kind of "humane living legacy",with the living,and regional,folk,and mass characteristics of.Bayou martial arts culture is one of our national traditional sports is Bayou production in society,working life,wisdom,a significant geographical features.In this paper,the use of literature,interviews and site visits to the Bayou studied martial arts culture.Found: door-to-door more different martial arts,heritage were more advanced age,weak foundation for martial arts,martial arts do not enter the mainstream campus culture,isolation, door-to-door,basically do not exchange.In response to these present conditions of cultural development of martial arts Bayou countermeasures and suggestions put forward,focusing on strengthening the protection,education,martial arts and cultural heritage and the tangible Bayou utilization.
