Abstract


In order to further enhance the strength of the Chinese women's basketball , to narrow the gap with the top teams of the world , this paper research on the characteristics of the attack of the 29th Olympic Games, the Chinese women's basketball post players and teams post players , so that we can better grasp the world today characteristics of the women's basketball post players attack , clear the Chinese women's basketball post players with the United States , Australia , and Russia in women's basketball post players where the gap is to provide a theoretical basis for future training of the Chinese women's basketball . In this paper, the literature data, expert interviews, the video observation Statistics Act , mathematical statistics , logical analysis and other research methods, analysis from the post players , the quality of the body shape and offensive research outside the women's basketball post players attack characteristics and gaps. The results show that : the Chinese women's basketball post players with the top three teams in terms of height, weight , Quetelet index , there is no obvious gap ; near the penalty area in the offensive drop- bit area attack range of activities to limit the area near main ; Chinese women's basketball post players ability to score than the opponent , score the share of the the team ratios declined compared to the previous Olympic games ; frontcourt rebounds and second attack is a major weakness of the Chinese women's basketball post players ; obvious the offensive fouls ability with the top three teams gap ; assists capacity there is a gap with the United States, Australia , Russia ; Chinese women's basketball post players to participate in the ability to fast break behind the opponent , in which the gap with the United States, Australia , Russia larger. Recommendation : strengthen the post players echelon construction ; enhance strength training , to master a variety of score means ; strengthen before the market rebounds scramble training ; strengthen the fast break awareness of culture and improve physical fitness training ; improve the speed of the post players , to further strengthen the internal and external the combination of the line .
