Abstract


Tennis is a high technology content of sports. Speaking from the point of view of biomechanics, the technology is perfect combination of power and control, and injuries to reduce to the minimum extent. Tennis technology is more complex and demanding technical movements learners affected by many factors, tennis exercises, practice there will inevitably be one way or another malfunction malfunction if not promptly corrected, not only affect the learners of the complete technical mastery, affect learning, may also lead to injury accident. So, how effective the science of these errors action to correct, it has become our problems to be solved. Access the China Academic Journal (1990-2006, until 2006.6.10), found that there are a lot of articles about tennis action error correction, but most now have a variety of literature only for a technical action (such as: correct specific aspects of the forehand); simply lists out various malfunction, no detailed analysis of the reasons for the malfunction, not scattered malfunction in the system integration and classification. Therefore, the ordinary practitioners can only see the error surface, such as the ball out of bounds or into the net, do not understand the cause of this root cause of the malfunction, therefore, impossible to find the right way to rectify the error. In this paper, on the basis of draw on the results of previous studies, see a large number of sports biomechanics, tennis technology, as well as information systems theory, literature, observation and expert interviews on the establishment of the tennis action error correction system theory on the study. According to the structure of the tennis swing, tennis backhand action is divided into the following sections: ready posture, backswing and forward swing the ball as well as with the waving. Analysis through the use of the principle of the biomechanics of the human body coordination chain analysis of each part of the action, shot down the common errors of the Earth Action, for the system to correct. Conclusion: error correction should be making tennis action from the technical action system considerations. Attention to the interconnectedness of forehand and backhand action should be corrected in the technical movements. Should pay attention to correct the scientific method and trainees can receptive.
