Objective:This research takes the T-lymphocyte of excellent national field event(javelin,weight throw,pole vault) female athletes as object, and discuss about their T-lymphocyte during their preparation for the 10th National Game in 2004 winter.Then we can give some guidances to prevent from infection,improve their body immunity and make sure their normal training.Methods:This research takes the follow-up observation during the whole winter training season(from Nov.2004 to Feb.2005),testing the percentage of CD4+-cell and CD8+-cell,and some physically related indices such as Testosterone(T),Cortisol(C),Hemoglobin(Hb),and then analyzing them by SPSS software.Results:(1)In this research,indices such as T、Hb go up slowly and steadily during the whole winter training;(2)The excellent female athletes’ CD4+/CD8+ ratio is lower than natural value,and 5 of 10 athletes of this ratio are much obviously lower than natural value; (3)After once high intense exercise,the percentage of T-lymphocyte(CD3+%) and CD4+-cell obviously goes down,while this of CD8+-cell stays at the same,thus the CD4+/CD8+ ratio goes down;(4) During the whole winter training,the percentage of T-lymphocyte(CD3+%) and CD4+-cell continuously goes up while this of CD8+-cell stays at the same,thus the CD4+/CD8+ ratio continuously goes up.Conclusion:(1) In this research,the excellent female field event athletes’ quiet CD4+/CD8+ ratio are lower than natural value,this maybe relate to adaption of the body,or some other aspect of the immunity function much better;(2) There are some difference between weight throw, javelin and pole jump about their quiet CD4+/CD8+ ratio,and it is the same between the individual athlete.(3)After once high intense exercise, the percentage of T-lymphocyte(CD3+%) and CD4+-cell obviously goes down while this of CD8+-cell stays at the same,resulting in the CD4+/CD8+ ratio goes down;(4) During the whole winter training,the percentage of T-lymphocyte(CD3+%) and CD4+-cell continuously goes up while this of CD8+-cell stays at the same,resulting in the CD4+/CD8+ ratio continuously goes up,this means CD4+-cell is much more sensitivity in field event.
