Abstract


In the 21st century,the rapid development of basketball in the world. A high level of basketball competition Basketball has entered a new level of the hierarchy,it Have become faster,greater strength,with strong confrontation.If the strong teams only rely on the 5 members did not conquer with the objective reality of the game,overall strength and depth on a team level of competition is increasing.Basketball in the world today,between the leading player of the strong teams,the gap of the level of technical,tactics and physical conditions is getting smaller and smaller.There are the increasingly high demand to the substitute. all countries take attention to substitute which is promote more better development of basketball.Therefor,The comparative research about the substitutes’ offensive ability of the strong countries on the basketball is great significance.This text study the substitutes’ offensive ability between Chinese and Chinese opponent teams in the 29th Olympic Games in 2008.It study from the body shape and age of substitutes; Offensive capabilities of the comparative analysis;evaluation about substitutes’ offensive ability of all countries in the 29th Olympic Games men’ s Basketball in 2008.The author summarized those problem On the basis of studying and supply conclusion suggestion.Chinese men’s basketball team than the substitutes of foreign teams despite differences in body shape is getting smaller and smaller,However, age light lack of experience.There are no solid basic skills,poor ability to fight,attack the problem of low efficiency about the ability to attack,tactical coordination capability should to be improved;The reserve centre pivot has a smaller gap compare with the foreign teams, the reserve guard and reserve forward have a wide gap in offensive ability; With the lack of substitute who has a lack of skills but can change Competition situation.Put forward the following recommendations did the author combined with the development of basketball in the world of new trends due to Chinese men’s basketball substitutes for exposing these problems. 1.Estable a basketball reserve force training system with coordinated national conditions of China,improve the building about the echelon of talent in the basketball.Raise the level of domestic league, reform the introduction of a foreign aid system and strengthen exchanges with the outside world.2.Substitutes should strengthen the physical training,to enhance the ability to promote confrontation,borrowing the advanced training methods to improve the quality of basketball special projects,prevent over-training and null-training,pay attention to nutrition and restoration.3.Emphasis on basic skills training for young players,in particular to strengthen the basic ability to use in the case against,at the same time,we should pay attention to the mental ability and psychological quality.Strengthen the youth team and some high level of foreign team exchange competition,and increase of young players experience in game. Strengthen all position of reserve force’ s selection and training. Improve the ability to attack of the team as a whole with a reasonable team members.4.Improve the ability to attack individuals,in particular the forward and guard line Substitutes’ level.5.Transmission the potential young players to a high level of overseas league to temper,they may fully absorb foreign advanced the concept of basketball.
