Abstract

Muscle contraction is the fundamental driving force of human motion, whether it is in competitive sports, or the public health field, more and more attention for the training of muscle strength, speed and ability. Correct training methods, training action more in line with the laws of human muscle activity, be able to achieve a good training effect. Muscle strength training focused on training methods, the lack of concrete action research on strength training. This article will use the camera measurement and surface electromyography in biomechanics testing techniques to analyze the flat bench drive for muscle movement of seeking the best, most effective training action; same time, hope to summarize a set of research strength training action methods and ideas, and to provide a reference for the future be able to study more strength training action. This experiment was based practice often controversial action form, design four flat bench press representative deformation action. Experiment required eight subjects were four speeds, the traditional standard flat bench promote for four deformation action simultaneously the surface electromyography tester (Finnish ME6000) and infrared light point test system (Sweden production QUALISYS-MCU500) collected EMG and kinematic data. Professional software for data processing, after comparison, analysis, and conclusion. The main findings of the experiment is as follows: (1) flat bench promote as in, try to control the movement of the barbell sagittal axis, vertical axis small amplitude displacement error shaking the frontal axis. (2) flat bench promote as in elbow angle minimum in the the the maximum pull Chung moment, to 68.0 ± 7.5 degrees; maximum occurs at peak contraction time of 165.8 ± 7.1 degrees; activities of the elbow joint angle amplitude 97.8 ± 10.0 degrees. (3) flat bench promote as in decentralization To barbell nipple position and the bar to the top of the pectoralis major central the back natural affixed to flat bench, and a slight tightening of the stability muscles can Do not conscious of the back straight and the excessive stretching back to. Widening and with the grip from the pectoralis major stimulus to strengthen; mainly to full training action, assisted by a small number of half action training. (4) flat bench promote as in the action speeds increase muscle fibers will raise the increase in the number of; and the faster the speed of change, each muscle RMS values ??change faster. Muscles to raise the number of muscle fibers, the concession is also stronger than the restraint work.
