Abstract

Echocardiography as a non-invasive examination methods , more and more heart tests for elite athletes . But they are to study the impact of long-term exercise training on athletes cardiac morphology and function , and the ability to lead to short-term exercise training athletes cardiac structural and functional changes , are reported so far . In this study, male athletes to participate in Henan Province, Anyang Normal College Sports Professional Fourteenth University Games for the objects to study before training camp ultrasound echocardiography Male Athlete of college students , and its purpose to provide a theoretical basis for sports training . In this study, the use of color Doppler study of cardiac morphology and function in 18 male athletes before and after training , 18 male athletes were divided into two groups that endurance group and force group , n = 9 . Before three months of training , were used to measure the subjects before and after training resting cardiac morphology structure and function indicators and cardiac blood flow spectrum . The results found that : 1 . Before training camp after the endurance group cardiac morphology and strength group athletes have undergone a change . Endurance group changes , the performance of the left ventricular cavity diameter enlargement , mild increase in left ventricular wall thickness , left ventricular mass increased significantly ; while smaller changes in the power of group performance significantly increased left ventricular wall thickness and left ventricular mass the slight increase . 2 . Before training camp , the endurance group and the power of group athletes heart function have undergone a change in stroke output quantity ( SV ) , left ventricular end-diastolic volume (EDV) in both groups significantly increased , heart rate (HR) both groups decreased significantly , but the increase or decrease in the degree of presence of significant between-group differences ; fractional shortening (% ΔD), ejection fraction ( EF ) , left ventricular end-systolic volume ( ESV ) , cardiac output (CO) groups are not significant changes . 3 . From the the Doppler Spectral see , before training camp , the endurance group and the power of group athletes of systolic and diastolic function of the heart are enhanced . But greater than the strength training, endurance training on left ventricular and right ventricular systolic function was not significantly different between the group of left ventricular and right ventricular diastolic function .
