Abstract

In accordance with the way to get the result,sport events can be divided in to five kinds.In comparison with other four kinds,the judges in the score-based sport event have special effect,and because of this,the management and the assessment of them are necessary.At present,the assessment is performed manually after competition nearly in most of these events.The researches on the assessment of judges in these competitions are either based on the deviation or relation.The deficiencies of the current researches are:encouraging median scoring;bad application in practice; short of further comparison and justification.The judges of score-based sport event always have to work for several disciplines and several tasks.And these are the difficulty for forming a universal assessment system for every judge.But judges of different categories obtain different eligibility,and judges with same categories have same tasks.And those are our fortune.We can focus on the judges of most number and most influence in the result in the judge panel.The assessment system formed in this thesis contains consistency in score,consistency in rank and deducts.Together with consistency in score, consistency in rank can avoid encouraging median scoring.Using the compared scoring method,the assessment data have actual means.We can get the deviation form the assessment data directly.The writer uses the result of aerobic gymnastics to introduce the detail to carry out this assessment system.After continuous assessment of judges in the 9th Aerobic Gymnastic World Championship,the 2nd Aerobic Gymnastic International Age Group Competition and National Championship in 2006, many comparison and test are done.In the practical research,the score of judges’ continuous assessment is normal distribution.And this assessment system can distinvt the international judges from national judges properly. These prove the feasibility and utility of this continuous assessment system.
