Abstract

The level of a country’ s football is subject to many factors,and the teenager football training of personnel reserve is considered to be one of the most basic and the most important factors.At present,there are nearly over 100 million teenagers in secondary in China.As we know,the period of secondary school is not only the golden age for learning and training,but also is a critical period for the growth of football talent. So it is quite significant for the solutions of some problems such as popularizing teenager football in China,providing back-up talents all levels,improving the quantity and quality of back-up talents further, and so on.Based on site surveys and field interviews to 16 teenager football teams which are from different areas of China(including Hong Kong and Macao) participating in the 2007 China "Jin-sum Cup" Championship,this article has conducted analysis and research about the impact factors of back-up talents in our country,and it adopted these methods:literature, interviews,expert investigation,logic analysis,gaining statistical method and finally came to the following conclusions:1.The period of secondary school is the golden age for teenager-soccer training and culture learning,it is so important for us to do well in fostering back-up talents of soccer in order to popularize teenager football in China,provide back-up talents all levels,improve the quantity and quality of back-up talents.2.Soccer trainning has different influence on culture learning of althletes in secondary school.Those who are in traditional-item schoools of soccer learn better than those who are in experimental unit schoools for back-up talents and ordinary schools in the mainland;Their main purpose of soccer training is to enter an ideal university.3.Soccer althletes in middle school are active in training,they almost can guarantee training time,and setting up soccer clubs is a better form in organizing training.However,in secondary school,the soccer match is rare,the main reason is that there are few organizal departments,and their funds is a little;Hong Kong secondary schools in the regional event organized better,participating school is more,and competition system is more reasonable;Secondary football organization is mainly funded by sponsorship and community-based school administration.4.Coaches general lack of high-level sports experience,and most of them are part-time.Football coaches for reserve personnel configuration are better in pilot schools,secondary schools in Hong Kong and Macao can be strict with the accreditations of coach-post.5.In the mainland,the funds for secondary reserve personnel training on football is rather uneven,its main source of funding is schools’ allotting and students ’ paying part of the training.What’ s more, social sponsorship did not form a unified investment market.6.The enrollment of secondary school is gradually developing in depth and horizon,but the limitations of material choosing can’ t be ignored, the overwhelming majority of students in rural areas did not be excavated, the students recruited are mainly from the main city,and university is the main transmission positions of football talents.7.Social concern of secondary reserve personnel training on football is still far from enough,what parents concern is that whether training would affect cultural learning,and whether athlete who received grade can be able to enter famous university.
