Abstract


The construction of high - quality teachers , and comprehensively promote the basic guarantee of the quality of education . To reflect on their own teaching activities is an important way for teachers to improve their own quality , the teaching reflection capabilities is one of the effective ways of teacher professional development . Urumqi Uighur secondary school teachers , the research for the study , using a combination of quantitative and qualitative characteristics and influencing factors of Urumqi Uighur secondary school teachers teaching the ability to reflect the development of research . The study is divided into two parts : research : quantitative research approach , through questionnaires , the ability to reflect on their teaching visits the Uigur Secondary School teachers ' ability to reflect the current situation as well as the teachers' background variables . Study 2: qualitative research method , on the basis of actual observation , interviews , awareness of the reflection of the secondary school teachers Urumqi Uighur , contents, methods , problems to analyze and explain , to understand the factors that affect their teaching reflection . The results show that : ( 1) Urumqi Uighur secondary school teachers the ability to reflect the characteristics of development : the reflection level is not high , reflection narrow perspective , initiative is not enough to reflect on a limited reflection . ( 2) Uighur secondary school teacher background variables ( including gender, educational background , teaching experience , where school type , title, subject taught Chinese level ) have varying degrees of ability to reflect on their teaching . (3) the school environment , teachers also affect Uighur secondary school teachers the ability to reflect factors . According to the results of research and found the problem , I put forward the countermeasures and suggestions are as follows : ( 1 ) create a school environment conducive to reflection by teachers . (2 ) to strengthen teachers' construction .
