Abstract


Graduate education as the highest level of China's higher education, to cultivate high-level innovative talents with innovative ability, graduate education units and graduate education mission and responsibilities entrusted by the times. The State Council approved the Ministry of Education 2003-2007 Educational Revitalization Action Plan proposed to the implementation of the Graduate Education Innovation Plan, its purpose is to foster and strengthen the innovation capacity of postgraduate. Graduate as an important part of our graduate students, the level of its ability to innovate will become the important factor restricting the construction of a national innovation system. Many deficiencies in the current of graduate education, however, affect the graduate creative ability to identify affect the training of graduate students ability to innovate, and to construct a reasonable mode of cultivating creativity, for the smooth implementation of the \\In this study, first expounded the significance of the research, the status quo, ideas and methods, and text involved several core concepts were defined. The second focuses on the practice of the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan, college and educate graduate students ability to innovate, learn from and draw upon the successful experiences of proposed mode of cultivating creativity of our graduate students built several important revelation. Then combing state current overall situation and the problems of college graduate innovative ability, further analysis of the main factors to affect China's innovative ability of graduate students, including social external factors, the university internal factors and Master factors, which found that the Master raw creative ability is a systematic project involving many aspects of government, society, college and graduate students personal. On the basis of the above analysis, the focus of the paper is to try to preliminary build mode suited to China's innovative ability of graduate students, involving graduate students training objectives, Graduate Students of the process and the quality of graduate students to manage the three aspects, clear Master students training objectives, the reform of the entrance examination system to adjust the curriculum to strengthen the mentor team building, increase research practice, strictly paper management, and strengthen the culture of quality and many other graduate students ability to innovate culture practice. Creative Ability of Students for Master built several safeguards.
