Abstract


Along with the depth primary and secondary school-based teaching and research promotion under the new curriculum reform of basic education , as the basic elements of the school-based teaching and research professionals lead gradually caused widespread concern in the majority of theorists and practitioners . Professional guidance can enhance the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research , and promote the development of school-based teaching and research in depth , and open up new vistas for the autonomy of independent research and school teachers to lead .
