Abstract


At present,a new round of curriculum reform on the basic education is being carried out across the country and promotes orderly.“The Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)”made it clear that this curriculum reform,one of the specific objectives is to“change course too much attention to the tendency of knowledge,emphasizing the formation of a active attitude towards learning,so that access to basic knowledge and skills at the same time as a learning process and the formation process of the correct values.”Three objectives,namely knowledge and skills,processes and methods,attitudes and values of the target emotion for a wide variety of front-line teachers and educators’ research and practice in new directions.The goal of emotional attitudes and values is referred to the importance of height of courses objectives firstly.In the“full-time compulsory education,ideological and moral standards(experimental version)”and“high school full-time general ideological and political standards of the new curriculum(experimental)”,the goal of the emotional attitude towards the values become the highest classification level,which reflects this goal should have an important role and significance in the secondary school course of the moral education.As the third dimension on the continuum of the most advanced in the implementation of the process,the goal of values has a certain complexity and specificity.We need to follow the law of formation of individual values in the process and take care of the interaction of other factors,which is the base of implementing the objectives of value in the curriculum.The main research subject is to implement the objectives of value in the secondary schools course of moral education.First of all,I do a general study on values goal and its implementation,from the meaning of values,characteristics and values from the perspective of Education to define and set out.On this basis,I do a detailed analysis on the values goal of moral education curriculum and“the implementation of values goal.In the second part of this issue,I do a theoretical exploration on the implementation of values goal.From the individual factors,experience activity and teachers quality,I find out the internal factors and outer factors which effect on the implementation of the values goal.Based on the academic exploration of the implement of values goals,the subjects in the third part,focused on the-values of the goal of moral education in secondary schools to implement the practice and exploration.From the values of the goal of moral education in secondary schools to implement the design of classroom teaching,the values of the goal of moral education in secondary schools to implement the strategy,the values of the goal of moral education in secondary schools to implement the objectives of the methods and values of moral education in secondary schools in the evaluation of the implementation of four major areas try to study the objectives and values of moral education in secondary schools in the implementation process.This research is an attempt to explore nature.It’s still significantly less than needed in practice to verify and improve continuously.I hope this research give the teachers some help in practice of moral education in secondary schools on the new context of curriculum reform.
