Abstract


China's textile industry in the world in a leading position in the fierce competition, there is an urgent need to improve the traditional mode of production management, and now networked manufacturing has become the inevitable trend of this reform. In this paper, computer network services technology into the traditional mode of production management in order to enhance production efficiency and reduce management costs. In this paper, the latest software architecture theory: service-oriented architecture (service-orientedarchitecture, SOA), XML, Web services, service bus (ESB) and business process management engine (BPM) enabling technology, an Internet-oriented sweater production management system solutions. The program has distributed, heterogeneous, and loosely coupled. The program will be distributed concepts from the workshop level distribution, the distribution of plant-level scale to the regional distribution. With Internet protocols and Web services technology, manufacturing distribution within a region within the production of functional entities can access system involved in the production activities; The program also fully inclusive heterogeneous functional components using Web services, so that different system, the application can be standards-based XML messages to achieve interoperability; through the introduction of the service bus technology to reduce the coupling between the distribution system, making the platform more scalable; fragmented system integration through the use of business process engine, the preparation into The system required business processes. The program is based on research, development networked production management system based on SOA sweater. The system structure is divided into four levels: resource layer, integration layer, business layer and application layer. Modeling of production resources in the resource layer, as Web services to create integrated service modules to achieve dispersion function subsystem integration; integration layer; business process engine used in the business layer arrangement and preparation of integrated services for the system development of business processes; system applications developed for different participants in the application layer, and application integration in a single visit the site. In the four-layer structure of the system, services are loosely coupled, which makes the system easy to expand functionality. Ordered by a customer instance sweater networked production management system was tested, the results show that the system in enhancing the flexibility, scalability and reusability aspects of a good performance. Thesis research and development of SOA-based the sweater shirt networked production management system is a bold attempt to reform the traditional textile industry production methods.
