Abstract


Since the 1990s, China’s tourism market gradually changed from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market, the competition of the tourism industry increased. The provinces, as relatively independent parts of economic interests, whose conflict at all levels interests is also very obvious. Therefore, the academic circle and the industry have drawn closer attention to the study of the regional tourism industry competitiveness.There are a lot of tourism resources in Anhui Province. Recently, the tourism industry is developing rapidly. With the rapid growth of tourism indicators, the industrial structure is constantly optimized. In this paper, drawing on previous studies of the tourism industry, Anhui Province as an example, in accordance with the "theory, model evaluation system --- Construction --- An Empirical Analysis," the overall framework and the logical sequence are started gradually. The author makes deep researches on the main affecting factors of the regional tourism industry competitiveness, through consulting many data abroad and domestic and applying the basic theories and methods of economics, management, tourism science and other related theoretical knowledge. This paper establishes a model and an index system to evaluate the regional tourism competition, applies factor analysis and principal analysis in software SPSS to evaluate the tourism competition of 31 regions on the basis of the relevant statistical data, and there is a quantitative evaluation of the regional tourism industry competitive level of the adjacent provinces of Anhui. Finally, the paper conducts an in-depth analysis the evaluation results of the tourism industry in Anhui Province, then proposes the measures to improve the regional tourism industry competitiveness of the zone, with a view to enhance rapidly the regional tourism competitiveness in our province and realize the economic prosperity and development of tourism in Anhui.
