Abstract


This paper first introduces the research questions , significance and research background , reviewed the main content of the risk study of cross-border strategic alliances at home and abroad , and on this basis to discuss different theoretical perspectives risk of the alliance and alliance risk control analysis condition and problems of current research in the field to provide a basis for further in-depth study of the risk of cross - border alliance . This paper analyzes the determinants of the risk of cross - border strategic alliances , discusses the risk of a cross - border alliance formation mechanism , and further analysis and comparison of the different stages of alliance evolution and the relationship between different forms of alliance risk influencing factors , the alliance risk assessment mechanism , methods, and the index system to explore and build . On this basis, this paper introduces the study of enterprises in Zhejiang transnational alliances between research and data and its handling of research data obtained quantitative empirical analysis and discuss the results with SPSS software , combined with the results of empirical analysis to establish the appropriate risk control model, in order to prevent the alliance sources of risk - opportunistic behavior \System analysis of different theoretical schools risk of strategic alliances , to provide a more systematic and in-depth strategic alliances in the relationship between risk and control mechanism of the framework , but also to make up for the present study endogenous alliance risk analysis of the lack of research , to solve the problems in the field of strategic Alliance lack of quantitative assessment of the strength of corporate alliances risk to the Chinese environment , the lack of empirical research . This study further deepen the study of the relationship between risk , a better solution to the problem of the study more , but the lack of systematic combing . Practical application , help enterprises in Zhejiang managers manage strategic alliance through a better understanding of the strategic alliance between the nature of the risk , risk, improve the success rate of Zhejiang Strategic Alliance operators and operational efficiency .
