Abstract


Corporate alliances risk research began in the nineties , Das Teng two scholars creatively Union Risk generalizations relational risk and performance risk , including the risk specific to the relationship of alliance partners may opportunistic behavior or the alliance lack of loyal and potential losses . Meanwhile, with the further advance the process of economic globalization , more and more multinational coalition emerged in the international arena . When the rapid development of technology and increased competition have transformed the competitive business world outlook and organizational forms , when more and more companies have chosen out of the narrow , Zhejiang business concept , more and more enterprises in Zhejiang joined a strategic alliance. This article is intended scholars at home and abroad on the basis of detailed analysis of the risk of cross-border alliance formation mechanism , namely strategic alliances at different stages ( and partner selection, coalition building , coalition operations, performance evaluation four stages ) between the focus of risk and generate different factors ; well for different types of risk exist between transnational Union, which are different. Risks in cross-border alliance formation mechanism , based on the paper continue to study the evolution of the relationship between risk . For the Union, the evolution of the risk is undoubtedly there are two directions, one benign evolution , two malignant evolution , but for the league itself, the evolution of the risk may contain both institutional , structural adjustment , and may only is a trust relationship changed. Thus, the risk of cross-border alliances will contain a variety of possible evolution of the author 's work lies in the relationship between risk identification alliance evolution trends and find mitigate the risk that benign evolution path dependence lies. Finally, in-depth analysis of the meaning of a typical case of transnational alliances between enterprises in Zhejiang , emphatically analyzed in two forms ( contractual alliances and joint ventures ) under the strategic alliance between the performance of the risk , not only do better theoretical and practical experience anastomosis , but also has practical significance and maneuverability. Through the analysis of the case , this article gives a summary of tips.
