Abstract


In the modern corporate management mechanism, agency , corporate governance structure and corporate performance necessarily linked. By analyzing and summarizing scholars of Chinese enterprises , especially for Corporate Governance Structure and Corporate Performance of research and empirical analysis conclusions , identify the corporate governance structure and the links between corporate performance . In order to improve corporate performance targets , digging through our corporate governance structure and the reasons for the problems , propose ways to improve the corporate governance structure and methods.
