Abstract


In pace with the deepening of Chinese structural reforms and the constructing of Chinese market economic system,the theory of corporate culture spread in China. More and more enterprises paid attention to the corporate culture construction and made more progress. Considering the difference of the situation of a certain country and its national culture, there are many problems in building and developing the corporate culture. The essential problem is how to make the corporate culture according with the situation of country. So it’s important to build the effective promotion of the sustainable development of corporate culture according with the situation of China and the character of enterprises. Therefore, the current Chinese enterprise culture is influenced by modern social culture of China. Furthermore, Chinese traditional culture, determined by vicissitude of special history and institution change of China, influences the Chinese modern social culture of China. Thus, Chinese traditional culture is the condition of constructing Chinese enterprise culture. Constructing Chinese enterprise culture both with traditions and with current features, must be rooted in the traditional culture, taking its essence, going to its dregs, daring to inherit and to innovate, based on which the framework of the dissertation is constructed. This dissertation is supposed to guide the constructing enterprise culture empirically and to use for reference in practice by discussing the problem in reality. Consequently, it will be useful to constructing harmonioussociety. There are 24,000 words and four parts in this paper:Literature ReviewThis part tries to find out research standpoint by hackling the related theoretical viewpoint of foreign and domestic related literature studies.Part I: IntroductionThis part clarifies reality and practical significance of this topic, framework and main viewpoint research methods and innovations.Part II: The view of Chinese traditional culture in Chinese Modern enterprise culture constructionThis part systematically analyzes the success and failure of Haire culture and Tongfang culture’s construction. When analyzes of Haire enterprise culture, It demonstrates the value of "patriotic work" values, the enterprises spirit of "strives constantly for self-improvement", the cultural atmosphere of "to make the best use" of, culture of the soul of "innovates unceasingly", enterprise image of "sincerely to forever".Part VI: Carrying forward Chinese traditional culture and apocalypses of building advanced enterprise culture with Chinese characteristic.This part focus on analyzing and proving three aspects of basic principles for building a modern enterprise culture in China, specific ways, building advanced enterprise culture and creating a harmonious society. There are five basic principles for building a modern enterprise culture in China, such as: to put forward the guidance of Marxism; to adapt to scientific concept of development and build a socialist harmonious society; to absorb and learn all of outstanding cultural achievements in the world and deal well with the relationship between traditional and modern; the characteristics of facing future, advancing the times, constantly innovation, combing with enterprises; to handle well the relationship between personality and common. There are four specific ways of building a modern enterprise culture in China, such as: to put forward a well-refined and serious established; wild spread and have been around; to practice and carry forward; establish an incentive mechanisms and corporate enterprise values. In the part of analyzing building advanced enterprises culture and a goal of creating a harmonious society, it analyzes corporate social responsibility under the concept of harmonious society; playing enterprise own characteristics; the basic requirements of building advanced enterprise culture and the active effect for building a harmonious society and enterprises expanding development.
