Abstract


With the emergence of a large number of the enterprise groups,parent-subsidiary Corporation management system has been widely used.How to effectively control and encourage Subsidiary operators through establishing the performance management system has become a new task.Based on the research of theoretical analysis,the paper pointed out the limitations and the suggestions in future research in China.Through the analysis of the application of performance management system in China,the paper pointed out the problems in implements of performance management system to evaluate the Subsidiary operators. On this basis,taking Parent strategy as the guide,taking BSC as the theoretical basis, the paper established the Performance evaluation index system.Finally,the paper established the performance management system of Subsidiary operators.
