Abstract


With the increasing competition , the intellectual capital to replace physical capital an important source of competitive advantage has been generally recognized. The role of intellectual capital has gained a high degree of attention of the academic community , and become a hot topic of academic research in recent years . Empirical research on the relationship between investment in intellectual capital and a sustainable competitive advantage , deepen the development of intellectual capital and management , as well as domestic enterprises how to take advantage of the intellectual capital to achieve sustained competitive advantage is of great significance . Based on the existing literature assumptions, using structural equation model was constructed investment in intellectual capital - intellectual capital formation - sustainable competitive advantage \AMOS software to conduct empirical research on the above assumptions and models to analyze the sustainable competitive advantage of the intellectual capital investment , and the corresponding recommendations for enterprise development and use of intellectual capital . The paper pointed out that the impact of investment in intellectual capital formation sustainable competitive advantage through the formation of human capital into structural capital and relational capital as well as direct the formation of structural capital and relational capital and structural capital and relationship capital to create sustainable competitive advantage . To this end, in order to gain sustainable competitive advantage , should be focused, targeted to investment in intellectual capital , the formation of the intellectual capital of the enterprise level .
